Returns & Exchanges

Swan Valley Soaps wants you to be satisfied with your purchase/s.

Faulty - We take care to ensure that all products are thoroughly checked before being sent out, however should you want a refund due to the product being faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your products.

Change of Mind -  Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund for a change of mind unless the product is returned in it's entire packaging and has not been opened or used in any way.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect all our customer's privacy and will only collect information that is relevant to processing your purchase online.

The details you may provide to us is basic information such as your name,  phone  number,  address and email address to enable us to send information, provide updates and process your product order. We may collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback, change your content or email preference, respond to surveys and/or promotions provide financial or credit card information, or communicate with our customer support.

If you have an account and do not log in to this site within two years, we will remove your account and all relevant information after two years of inactivity.

You may request details of personal information that we hold about you in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
